Include various allowances to calculate the employee’s total monthly wage.

Calculate net salary after government deductions (e.g., CPF).
Staff Communication (Comms)
QR Activity
- Visibility:
- Public: All employees in the company can scan the activity QR code.
- Private: Only selected employees can scan the activity QR code.
- QR Code Type:
- Static: The QR code has no expiration date. Employees can scan it indefinitely.
- Dynamic: The QR code is valid for 10 minutes. After expiration, the scan will be invalid.
- Scanner Location Required:
- YES: The system retrieves the employee’s location when scanning the QR code.
- NO: The system does not retrieve the employee’s location.
- Participants Feedback Between:
- Employees can scan the QR code only within the specified time. If blank, they can scan it anytime.
- Attachment Upload:
- Employees can download and view files after scanning the QR code.
- Cover Upload:
- The QR code generator’s activity list image in the app.
- Start Ending Here:
- A detailed description of the activity is visible after scanning the QR code.
- Participant Options:
- The content selected/input by the QR code generator in the app.
- User-Show QR Code:
- Select the specific QR code generator.
- Only static QR codes can be generated on the portal.
Announcements & Events:
HR can create various communication types (Comms).
- Visibility:
- Public: Once created, all employees can view the announcements in the app.
- Private: Only selected employees can view the announcements in the app.
- Participant Options:
- Employees can submit their thoughts on the announcement.
Comms History:
- HR can view each person’s scan time and frequency on the portal.
- HR can view each employee's scan time and frequency through their dorm.
Waste
Detailed records of the bin numbers used by employees for work and their status changes, aiding in the statistical analysis of employee work.
Reference
HR can view Letter Reference/Quotation Reference created by employees in the app.
Work Activity About Projects
After HR creates a work activity, employees in the contract/planning department can select a suitable work activity while editing their daily activity.
Group Setting
- Create different groups for employees. Different groups can have:
- Various check-in categories.
- Cost center mapping.
- Different card functions.
